product to animals: In order to minimise exposure to sevoflurane vapour, the following recommendations are made: • Use a cuffed endotracheal tube when possible for the administration of Sevohale during maintenance anaesthesia. • Avoid using masking procedures for prolonged induction and maintenance of general anaesthesia. • Ensure that operating rooms and animal recovery areas are provided with adequate ventilation or scavenging systems to prevent the accumulation of anaesthetic vapour.
